8/5/25 Garrison Car Fire

On August 5th, 2025 at 15:45 Jeffcom 911 dispatched West Metro Fire Rescue to a reported vehicle of fire in the 1500 block of Garrison St in Lakewood. Engine 8 arrived to a van with a small fire from the cab and pulled a bumper line for fire control. The fire was put out at 15:56 and the vehicle was removed from the roadway. No injuries were reported. Northbound Garrison St. was closed during the incident. Additional information provided by West Metro Fire Rescue
